if at all possible, aim to bring forth the child into the world. Each life, no matter how young, deserves to be born and experience life outside of the womb. I understand that things can happen, and you may not be ready to take care of a child. That is fine, and if I was in the situation, I would ask my girlfriend give the child for adoption as well. But it would make much more sense to wait until you feel you are ready to take care of a family.
I do acknowledge that abortion is an option, and while I do not agree with it, in the end it does come down to the individual decisions you choose. You can go forward with your decision without having to tell your parents, but I strongly suggest that the moment you realize that you are pregnant, you should. They are able to help you through the process better than anyone else you know, mainly because they went through it bearing you. Making sure you know what you are doing beforehand is the most crucial thing.
Only act if you feel you are ready in the future. No sooner.
